The NMRA’s season opening Nitto Tire Spring Break Shootout at the Bradenton Motorsports Park down in sunny Florida – the 18th such edition under different sanctions –Â has been in the books for nearly two weeks, and if you’re regular reader of the powerTV network of online publications, you very well may have followed along with our same day coverage on StangTV.
Thanks to the camera work of the Race Pages staff with the NMRA (and their video editors), each and every one of the final rounds from the bracket categories and Truck & Lightning on up to Super street Outlaw and Pro Outlaw 10.5 was captured and compiled into a single video that we’ve nabbed to share with our readers.
The final rounds at Bradenton featured a number of interesting story lines, including the appearance of former Real Street competitor Jim Breese an his stick-shift Mustang making his first-ever EFI Renegade final in his first start, the culmination of Louis Sylvesters’ all 10-second run through eliminations in Factory Stock, and Tim Essicks’ 6.66 to down Archie Marasco with low ET of eliminations.
Just in case you haven’t checked out the race results or viewed our online coverage, we won’t spoil the rest of the final round results for you. Enjoy!
