Aaron Weir with technical support met with us and said, “As far as new products, we have been developing a flange sweep for a Garrett turbo, and have been working on a prototype exhaust resonator that will be tunable by the end user. As far as products that continue to be popular, we do well with our V-band assemblies for the exhaust side, whether right off of the turbo or further down stream of the exhaust system. These essentially replace a traditional two or three-bolt flange, and have a quick release mechanism to access it quickly at the track. The bonus feature is that it eliminates the need for a gasket because there are male and a female sides, which eliminates both leaks and misalignments. This also gives a completely smooth interior for maximum flow through.”

“On the cold side, is our Vanjen Clamping System that replaces a traditional silicone coupler. It features a quick release, and up to 12 degrees of movement thanks to a hard anodized union sleeve,” added Weir.

Weir also mentioned, “One of the best things about our products is that there is no prep work to do when you want to fabricate with it, as it comes completely cleaned and de-burred. We’ve also added a number of hose fittings, weld bungs, and piping; as well as intercooler cores, and intercooler assemblies.”
