Beginning in January 2012, former IHRA Top Fuel champion and NHRA standout Tommy Johnson, Jr., and Kathy Fisher, former IHRA and NHRA Sportsman champion will host Fox Sports Networks brand new show, Performance TV.
Each week the show will feature the top innovators in the industry and show the audience how to crank up their performance.
Kathy Fisher is certainly no stranger to the entertainment world as she has experience in radio and television surrounding drag racing, and has been a successful racer for many years. Her years of experience in the racing performance world will undoubtedly add validity to the show.
Tommy Johnson, Jr., a veteran in the Top Fuel and Funny Car ranks, most recently competed in Europe’s FIA Drag Racing Series, where he was suspended for a controversial anti-doping violation involving a legal, doctor-prescribed medication.
Masters Entertainment Group’s Executive Vice President Butch McCall said, “We are so excited about having Tommy back on Master’s programming, and as far as Kathy Fisher, our viewers have seen her provide her expertise on a myriad of our programming for years.”
