Fans of super fast street cars will want to keep an eye out for this Search For Speed documentary that begins production this weekend. The team at SFS will be producing many films featuring Europe’s fastest street cars, but the first one will showcase Andy Frost’s 230 mph quarter-mile demon Vauxhall as he and and his Red Victor team push the boundaries of their machine to new levels. The documentary will essentially show Frost’s expertly-built Euro-muscle machine going against non-street-legal Pro Mods this year in the FIA’s Pro Modified circuit. The car in question was built by Webster Race Engineering, while Marc Lamude assembled the incredible twin-turbocharged engine. Tuned by EFI master Shane Tecklenburg, this street-legal ride is currently capable of mid-sixes at 230-plus mph.
“Our next film will feature Andy Frost and his racing team as they set out to extend their own world record,” said Jay of Search For Speed. “[We’ll] follow Red Victor 3 as it undergoes extensive road testing in preparation for America’s Drag Week, as well.” Also making the cut are other top 100 UK cars, including Mark Todd’s GTO, Brian Payne’s fast Mustang, and many more. As an added bonus, they have secured filming with one of the latest cars to come out of the Jon Webster workshop – Steve Neimantas and his incredible 3,000 horsepower Bentley Continental.

The team will start filming Frost’s first FIA event of 2014 at Santa Pod Raceway in the UK in only a few days.
