If you weren’t excited enough that “hump day” of the work week has arrived, then we have that extra little pick-me-up that any gear head will enjoy. After all, what’s not to love about high horsepower drag racing action combined with some awesome wheelstands?

Through our magical internet browsing capabilities we’ve compiled a couple of videos that will make you grab your seat in preparation for the landing. Strap in and put your helmet on, ’cause you’re going for a ride on “Wheelie Wild Wednesday”.

Our first video takes us to South Georgia Motorsports Park, which is known for some of the wildest action on four (or two) wheels in the country. Turbo cars have become well known for some crazy antics down track and this one is right there with them all. As the power comes in on this turbocharged Mustang, the front end shoots sky high as the driver peddles the throttle in a effort to keep the run alive.

Next stop is an unknown track to us but the action surely doesn’t disappoint. Another Mustang it is, and some may cringe but just watch as the nitrous-assisted notchback goes for a wild ride — from four wheels to two wheels, onto the bumper and back to one wheel before crashing back to earth with a damaging blow. Definitely looks like some bent wheels among other front end parts that will need replaced after that one.
